Mint Juleps, Mothers, and a Mortgage! Oh May!

We've been uber-busy lately, and it's only going to get worse as we head into summer. But we are not complaining. In fact, we are thankful for so many things this May! Ironically, they all begin with "M" ... it's been a mmm mmm good month to say the least!

MINT JULEPS- We handmade our refreshing drinks and celebrated the Derby weekend at home. We loved using this gorgeous pitcher, a wedding gift from The Hamlyns.

MOTHERS- Unfortunately, we didn't get to see our mamas on Mother's Day. But we were reminded just how lucky we are to have such brilliant, beautiful, and bold women in our lives! We love them so much!

MORTGAGE - We will finally be homeowners on May 21st! That's when we are scheduled to close on the property we've spent the last 3 months trying to acquire. We are beyond excited to begin home improvements. We will keep you updated with pictures as we spend the summer updating our nest!
