Lucky in Love

Tonight, the Powerball made history with its insane $550 million dollar jackpot. Of course we purchased tickets. To our dismay, we lost.  But in all honesty, that's perfectly fine with me. I'm a romantic. And I'd take love over money any day.

This morning in Islip airport,  I heard a Kenny Loggins's  classic -"Danny's Song".  I thought of the catchy chorus tonight after I saw we didn't match the winning numbers....

And even though we ain't got money, I'm so in love with you honey,
