Press to Purchase: A Day of Online Shopping

My credit card was on fire yesterday! I was caught up in the Black Friday epidemic; I was a bargain hunter on the prowl.  

But I did all my hunting online. Ain't no way this girl can keep up with the maniacs at the mall. Since I can't post all the presents I purchased for our family members (we have finished our list!!), I'll show you what I found for myself. 

Please tell me, I'm not the only one that ends up buying gifts for themselves while shopping for others?!

First, my sister sent me to this site (www.jane.com) to check out a piece of jewelry. Well, I ended up finding a marvelous deal on make-up brushes! A 15-Piece brush set (in a luxe travel case) for only $14.99! Winning!

Next, while browsing Etsy (where I've picked up 5 gifts for family members!!), I stumbled across this darling trio of bells. From the 1950s, these bells have Tea, Lunch, and Supper etched across the front. We have plenty of shelf space in our living room to display these gems. 

And lastly, the big splurge- a black leather purse. I'm a huge fan of Kate Spade's classic style. So after getting the "ok" from my husband, I received 60% off the retail price of this gorgeous bag. So now my purse collection is complete. At least for a few years. Did I mention, this black bag will be sharing my closet with the brown leather Dries Van Noten bag on it's way (thanks to birthday money)!? Every girl needs a favorite black and brown purse, right?

Now I need to turn my computer off.... and wait for the mail :)
